Jud Ireland has created a detailed, cyclically based critique of the private, professional and political life of President George W. Bush. Examine the interesting pattern that has evolved throughout his life and then read what the cyclical influence has in store for George Jr. on November 2, 2004 (note: election day).

GEORGE WALKER BUSH (note: George Jr.)

PERSONAL STATS:

Title: 43rd President of the United States

January 6, 1945 father George H. W. Bush (note: George Sr.) is married to Barbara Pierce.

George H.W. Bush (D. of B.: June 12, 1924) Gets married in a 2 Cycle year, 5/7 Cycle month, 2/7 Cycle day. George Sr. in a great time block to get married. Not overly confident but still ambitious.

Barbara Pierce (D of B: June 8, 1925) gets married in a 7 Cycle year, 1/8 Cycle month, 7/8 Cycle day. Miss Pierce was beautiful like a flower on her marriage date. She was most optimistic about marriage life.

July 6, 1946. - George W. Bush (note: George Jr.) born into his 7 Cycle year, 7/5 Cycle month, 4/2 Cycle day. A good time for George Jr. to take his first breath.

Father George Sr.’s D of B: June 12, 1924. - George Sr. in 3 Cycle year and 3/6 Cycle month when George Jr. is born in 1946. This is a fairly good for George Sr. and George Jr. to meet. George Sr. is attending university at Yale when George Jr. is born.

Mother’s D of B: June 8, 1925 - Barbara is in an 8 Cycle year when George Jr. born. Both George Jr. and mother Barbara are in good cycle years and months to first meet one another. She’ll always be proud and he’ll always trust Barbara more than George Sr.

U.S.A. D of B: July 4, 1776. - U.S.A. was in a 5 Cycle year, 5/1 month, & 2/7 month when George Jr. born. Both United States and George Jr. were in excellent times to meet.

Wife Laura’s D of B: November 4, 1946

August, 1977 – George Jr. meets future wife Laura Welch. George Jr. in a 2 Cycle year and a 3/5 Cycle month. A great time to meet someone that turns into a long-term friend. Laura in a 4 Cycle year and a 5/9 Cycle month. August 1977 was neither a good cycle year or good cycle month for Miss. Laura. She was psychologically weak during this time block.

November 5, 1977 – George Jr. marries Laura Welch (D of B: November 4, 1946). George Jr. was introduced to Laura, an elementary school librarian, at a friend's barbecue only three months earlier.

November 5, 1977 - Laura is married in a 4 Cycle year, 8/3 Cycle month, 6/2 UTM and a 4/3 Cycle day. Not a good time to get married for Laura. This means that married life for Laura has proven a constant challenge. George Jr. likes to act like he is the king of the castle of this wedding but Laura gets left turning the lights out at night and making sure everyone is in bed. Meaning she has felt a burdensome form of responsibility for the past almost 30 years.

November 5, 1977 - George Jr. is in a 2 Cycle year, 6/8 month, 4/7 UTM, & 2/8 cycle day. George Jr. was in a very good period of time to marry. There have always been matters that can’t be said between George Jr. and Laura. George Jr. gets away with much more than Laura ever could.

November 25, 1981 - Daughters (note: twins, Jeana & Barbara) born. Daughters born in their 2 Cycle year, 6/8 Cycle month, 3/7 UTM, 4/1 Cycle day. Very good month and year to start there time on this earth. Excellent time to meet Mom & Dad, and grandparents.

- Father George Jr. was in a 6 Cycle year, 1/7 Cycle month, 8/6 UTM, & 8/9 Cycle day when daughters born. Great cycle time to become a parent for George Jr. The twins & George Jr. became valuable allies.

- Mother Laura was in a 8 Cycle year, 3/2 Cycle month, 1/1 UTM, & 1/4 Cycle day. – OK cycle time but not a great time to become a parent. Laura entering her winter cycle year. Twins, much like husband became a major undertaking for Laura and she ended up doing most of the work. November 25, 1981 itself was a rough day for Laura and extra medical attention was needed.

EARLY HISTORY:

September, 1948 - George Sr. in a 5 Cycle year, 7/3 Cycle month when he moves Barbara and George Jr. to Midland, Texas after graduation in order to make his fortune in the oil business (note: George Jr. in a winter, 9 Cycle year and Barbara in a prime seeding 1 Cycle year). George Sr. in a good time to make big changes. George Jr. This is a good time to meet new people and share new ideas but not a good time to make permanent changes. There was something unsettling about this move.

February 11, 1953 – Brother Jeb Bush born. George Jr. in a 5 Cycle year, 9/5 Cycle month, 2/2 Cycle day. Brother Jeb was born into his 5 Cycle year. So George Jr. and Jeb will always be in the same cycle year. They always got along. Could share big ideas together.

October 11, 1953 – Sister Robin Bush dies (D of B. December 20, 1949). She died from leukemia.

Robin was in her 6 Cycle year, 9/6 Cycle month, 2/2 Cycle day.
George Sr. was in his 1 Cycle year, 3/4Cycle month, 2/4 UTM, 4/6 day. Very bad month & day.
Barbara Bush was in her 6 Cycle year, 9/6 Cycle month, 2/2 Cycle month. Lots of reality on this day.

1959 – Bush family moves to Houston Texas to further family business. George Sr. in 7 Cycle year. Barbara in a 3 Cycle year. Both George Jr. and Jeb both in a 2 Cycle year. Houston move best for George Jr. and Jeb. Long term growth in Houston.

September, 1961 – George Jr. entered Phillips Academy = 4 Cycle year, 6/1 cycle month. – Good starting month but within a bad starting year. George Jr. found much of life at Phillips Academy difficult and was glad when it ended. Lots of difficulties.

Summer, 1964 - George Jr. was in a 7 Cycle year as he works on his father's Senate campaign. Summer of 7 Cycle year creates some valuable opportunities. George Jr. learned much.
September, 1964 – George Jr. entered Yale University = 7 Cycle year, 9/7 month. OK starting cycle year and month. Easily lost in emotional situations in late 1966. Therefore it took much coaching by someone for George Jr. to finally finish at Yale.

November 3, 1964 - George Sr. in his late 3 Cycle year, 7/1 Cycle month, 5/9 UTM, and 1/8 Cycle day when he is overwhelmingly defeated in a senate race. Bush Sr. was portrayed by his opponent as a carpetbagger and a member of the Northeastern elitist establishment. George Jr. learned much about life during this time. He was most observant.

November 8, 1966 - George Sr. in a 5 Cycle year, 9/5 Cycle month, 7/4 UTM and 8/8 Cycle day when he easily wins the race for U.S. House of Representatives from Texas's Seventh District. George Jr. & Jeb both in a 9 Cycle year, 4/4 Cycle month, 2/3 UTM and 3/7 Cycle day when father George Sr. wins. Not a favorable time for either kid. Both let down over following year.

May 1968 - graduated Yale with degree = 2 Cycle year, 9/2 cycle month. Very good cycle time to start something of importance.

May 27, 1968 – George Jr. joined Texas National Guard = 2 Cycle year, 9/2 month, 9/9 Cycle day. Excellent cycle time to start anything. He was a good actor, easy to get along with and people saw him as someone that had some potential.

December, 1969 - George Jr. receives his National Guard wings and is assigned to Ellington Air Force Base. George Jr. now ends his 3 Cycle year and begins his testing 4 Cycle year.

1970 – George Jr. became an operative F-102 pilot = 4 Cycle year. 1970 was a bad cycle year for George Jr. Nothing worked as he had planned. Decisions made at this time pushed George Jr. in the wrong direction.

1970 – George Jr. was promoted to first lieutenant in his testing 4 Cycle year. Promotions accepted or changes in responsibilities during this cycle year will prove disappointing

1970 - George Jr. splits his time between his National Guard duties and working on his father's second campaign for the U.S. Senate.

1970 - George Jr. is in his 4 Cycle year when he graduates from Combat Crew Training School, but still flies weekend shifts for the National Guard. Nothing notable is achieved.

1970 – George Jr. is in his testing 4 Cycle year when he moves into the Chateaux Dijon apartment complex in Houston and spends the next few years of his life working a series of jobs in politics and business. Unfortunately 4 Cycle year office or residential moves do not prove successful. Nothing generates the stability George Jr. Had hoped to achieve.

Fall, 1970 - George Jr. in his testing 4 Cycle year when he is rejected by the University of Texas Law School. Typical 4 Cycle news. Life just doesn’t seem to work in your favor when in a 4 Cycle year.

November 3, 1970 – George Sr. was in his winter 9 Cycle year, 4/4 Cycle month, 2/3 UTM, and 7/2 Cycle day when he was defeated by Democrat Lloyd Bensten (D of B. February 11, 1922). Mr. Bensten was in his 5 Cycle, 9/5 Cycle month, 7/4 UTM and 3/3 Cycle day and election day. Mr. Bensten’s victory was an easy race to call.

November 3, 1970 - George Jr. was in his 4 Cycle year, 8/3 Cycle month and a 2/1 Cycle month when his father was defeated by Lloyd Bensten. Please note that whenever George Sr. is in his challenging late 9 Cycle year George Jr. is in the worst of his cyclical pattern. So the years 1952, 1961, 1970, 1979, 1988 and 1997 have always been very challenging times between the two of them The next most challenging cycle year between George Sr. & Jr. will be 2006 and especially the last half.

1971 – George Sr. is in 1 Cycle year when he gets appointed as U. S. Ambassador to the United Nations. George Jr. is in a 5 Cycle year when this happens. This has a positive effect on both careers.

Summer, 1972 - George Jr. is in a 6 Cycle year, 6/3 Cycle month when he attends the GOP National Convention in Miami with his father. Powerful impressions made. Excellent time to shake hands and meet the president (note: Richard Nixon).

1972 – George Jr. transferred to Alabama to work on the campaign of Winton M. Blout = 6 Cycle year. George Jr. got a good taste of life in 1972 and learned much. By year’s end he was much further ahead.

1972 – George Jr. lost his flight credentials because he missed a physical exam = 6 Cycle year. Remember he became an official pilot in his 4 Cycle year. Remember that anything you achieve in your 4 Cycle year is hard to keep.

1973 – George Jr. ended his 6-year commitment to the National Guard to attend Harvard = 7 Cycle year. Some very clever moves are made at this cycle time. George Jr. has 2 years of success.

September, 1973 – George Jr. entered Harvard Business School = 7 Cycle year, 9/7 Cycle month. September /73 was an excellent cycle time to prepare to “finish” something of major importance (e.g. education or professional training).

September 1975 - George Sr. was in a 5 Cycle year and 7/3 Cycle month when his is named Chief of U.S. Liaison Office to China. George Jr. was in a 9 Cycle and a 2/2 Cycle month at this time. George Jr. found much he didn’t like about life during this time.
May, 1975 - George Jr. receives an M.B.A. = 9 Cycle year, 7/7 Cycle month. May of 9 Cycle year is an excellent to totally complete or conclude something. George Jr. had a great perspective of life at this time but he was not quite sure what steps he wanted to immediately take.

September 4, 1976 – George Jr. was arrested and charged with impaired driving = 1 Cycle year, 3/4 Cycle month, 7/1 cycle day. He paid a $150 fine. The summer months were fantastic and George Jr. was more ambitious than smart at this time. September of a 1 Cycle year can be especially disappointing as George Jr. found out.

POLITICAL & BUSINESS HISTORY:

1977 – George Jr. forms oil & gas company = 2 Cycle year. Very good year to initiate long term plans.

June 1978 – George Sr. in an 8 Cycle year, 7/6 Cycle month when he starts jockeying for the 1980 GOP presidential nomination. Excellent “power brokering” time.

November 7, 1978 - George Jr. runs for House of Representatives but loses to Dem. Kent Hance (note: D of B: Nov. 14, 1942). George Jr. spent 25% more than Mr. Hance on campaign. Hance receives 53% of the vote and George Jr. gets 47%. George Jr. was in a 3 Cycle year, 7/1 Cycle month, 5/9 UTM, 5/3 Cycle day. Late 3 Cycle year will always prove challenging and especially in major undertakings. Kent Hance was in his 6 Cycle year, 1/7 Cycle month, 8/6 UTM and an 8/9 Cycle day. An easy election to predict. Mr. Hance was in a powerful cycle time to beat anyone.

March 1979 - George Jr. is now in a testing 4 Cycle year, 9/4 Cycle month when his Arbusto Oil company begins active operations. The company had been incorporated in June 1977 so Bush could use it as a credential in his congressional campaign. Although the Bush name attracted many investors, almost all lost money due to Arbusto's below average performance. For George Jr. 1979 was a bad year to make big decisions, enter partnerships and initiate new directives. One easily loses money.
July 1980 – Ronald Reagan (note: D of B: February 6, 1911) offers a surprised George Bush Sr. the vice presidency at the GOP National Convention in Detroit. George Sr. was in a 1 Cycle year, 1/2 Cycle month. This is the best seeding month of all 108 different months within the complete 9 year cycle. Meaning it was a perfect time to accept such a major responsibility. Ronald Reagan was in a 9 Cycle year and a 9/9 Cycle month when he wins the Republican nomination. George Jr. is in a 5 Cycle year and a 5/1 Cycle month. Excellent “new-beginning” time for George Jr.

1980 – George Jr. had to reorganize oil & gas company after many problems = 5 Cycle year. This was an excellent time to incorporate clever changes into life.

November 4, 1980 - The Republican Party ticket wins the presidential contest.

- Ronald Reagan in a 9 Cycle year, 4/4 Cycle month, 2/3 UTM and 8/3 Cycle day.
- George Sr. in a 6 Cycle year, 1/7 Cycle month, 8/6 UTM and 5/6 Cycle day.
- Jimmy Carter in a 3 Cycle year, 7/1 Cycle month, 5/9 UTM and 2/9 Cycle day.
- George Jr. in a 5 Cycle year, 9/5 Cycle month, 7/4 UTM and 4/4 Cycle day.
- United States in a 3 Cycle year, 7/1 Cycle month, 5/9 UTM and 2/9 Cycle day.
- World in a 1 Cycle year, 5/6 Cycle month, 3/5 UTM and a 9/5 Cycle day.

March 30, 1981 – Ronald Reagan shot by John Hinckley (D of B: May 29, 1955). The world stopped as President Reagan was rushed to hospital after being hit by ricocheting bullets. Pres. Reagan had only been in office for 69 days. The attack leaves the running of the country in some confusion as his vice-president George Bush is currently on his way back from Texas. Until the arrival of Vice-President Bush it is unclear who is in charge.

- Ronald Reagan in a 1 Cycle year, 6/7 Cycle month and a 9/6 Cycle day. Quick recovery.
- George Sr. in a 2 Cycle year, 7/9 Cycle month, 1/8 Cycle day. Powerful experience.
- George Jr. in a 6 Cycle year, 2/8 Cycle month, 5/7 Cycle day. High hopes.
- John Hinckley in a 9 Cycle year, 5/5 Cycle month, 8/4 Cycle day. Emotionally aggressive.
- U.S.A. in a 4 Cycle year, 9/4 Cycle month, 3/3 Cycle day. Very big challenges this month.

February 29, 1984 – George Jr. in a 9 Cycle year, 4/4 Cycle month and 6/1 Cycle day when he sells his oil & gas company to Spectrum 7 and became the company’s new CEO. (note: George Jr. was given a big bag of stock and annual salary of $120,000. There was no actual work involved. Someone said his job was to watch the audit committee.)

1985 – George Jr. meets Rev. Billy Graham = 1 Cycle year. This has big influence on George Jr. Perfect time to make up your mind to incorporate serious changes in one’s life – which George Jr. did.

1986 – Harken Energy buys Spectrum 7 and George Jr. becomes a director of Harken Energy = 2 Cycle year. Great financial possibilities as a result. Big dollars ahead.

July 28, 1986 – George Jr. becomes a “Born Again” Christian and gives up drinking = 2 Cycle year, 2/4 Cycle month and a 3/5 Cycle day. See what meeting Billy Graham in 1 Cycle year can do.

April 1987 – George Jr. in 3 Cycle year, 9/3 Cycle month when he moves his family to Washington DC in order to work on his father's presidential campaign. While his main role was that of "loyalty enforcer", he was also important in efforts to court and maintain relationships with Christian conservatives. Good time to make serious commitments.

1988 – George Jr. works on George Sr.’s presidential campaign = 4 Cycle year. This is a bad cycle year for George Jr. Fortunately he spends the year working for someone else’s cause. Unfortunately, his dad, George Sr. is in a 9 Cycle year in 1988 and November is a 4/4 Cycle month, which is a horrible time to run for public office. George Sr. ran against Mass. Governor Michael Dukakis (D of B: November 3, 1933) = 5 Cycle year, 9/5 Cycle month, 7/4 UTM, 8/8 Cycle day.

November 8, 1988 – the presidential race of 1988 would have been hard to predict. Simply by the cycle year and cycle month, Michael Dukakis was in a better time to win an election. Since George Sr. was only following through on something he actually started in his prime seeding time (note: July / August 1980) he was well grounded in the position he was running for. This gave him a cyclical edge. Remember that October 1988 proved quite testing for Gov. Dukakis which George Sr. acted on.

November 8, 1988 – George Jr.’s dad (note: George H. W. Bush, D of B: June 12, 1924) was elected the 41st president of the United States = 9 Cycle year, 4/4 Cycle, 2/3 UTM, 3/7 Cycle day. Promises made or added responsibilities assumed at this time would prove detrimental. George Sr.’s famous quote “read my lips – no new taxes” proved to be a disaster. 1989 was full of tax increases.

November, 1988 - Taking on such a mammoth job during this challenging cycle year, month & day would result in unexpected difficulties, which all evolved. Again, George Sr.’s only saving grace was that he actually accepted the role as Ronald Reagan’s running mate in his most prime seeding month of July 1980 = 1 Cycle year, 1/2 Cycle month. They won in George Sr.’s 1 Cycle year, 5/6 Cycle month, 3/5 UTM and a 9/5 Cycle day on November 4th, 1980. Please note that George Jr. was in a 6 Cycle year, 1/7 Cycle month, 8/6 UTM and a 5/6 Cycle day upon his father’s victory. Therefore this proved more beneficial for George Jr. than it did for George Sr.

November 8, 1988 – United States of America was in a 2 Cycle year, 6/8 Cycle month, 4/7 UTM and a 5/2 Cycle day. This was an excellent cycle year, very good month, and very good cycle day for America to make a deal or change managers. Americans this year would want for president someone that would “protect” them. It would have easy to determine the failings of Democratic presidential candidate Michael Dukakis (note: D of B: November 3, 1933). The 2 Cycle year made Americans feel very protective of their own and most skeptical about criminals. Dukakis was in a 5 Cycle year, and 9/5 month. The Bush Sr. campaign cleverly displayed Dukakis as someone who has and would carelessly let murderers out of jail and it destroyed Michael Dukakis.

December 1988 - George Jr. moves his family back to Dallas. George Jr. a 4 Cycle year, 9/4 Cycle month, and 7/3 UTM. Not a good cycle time to move locations or make serious changes.

April 1989 – George Jr. cleverly invested $500,000 in the Texas Rangers and then went to work as manager and general partner. He received an annual salary of app. $200,000. = 5 Cycle year, 2/7 Cycle month. This was a great time to make big changes in ones life style. July would have been better but April was OK. You’ll find under close examination that some things had to be re-arranged after this April start, but overall quick progress was made over the next year.

1992 – George Jr. works on George Sr.’s reelection campaign (note George Jr. = 8 Cycle year). George Jr. was in a much better state of mind than he was in 1988. He works hard and accepts greater responsibilities within his dad’s campaign. George Jr. makes some valuable impressions throughout 1992.

November 2, 1992 – George Sr. loses presidential bid = 4 Cycle year, 8/3 Cycle month, 6/2 UTM, 1/9 Cycle day. George Sr. was in a horrible period of time in late 1992. Life is not what he expected and many people let him down. The late 4 Cycle year is not a time to be judged. Just as the social ingenious of Ronald Reagan carried George Sr. to victory in the 1988 election, the Reagan magic was all gone by late 1992. Because of winning in a terrible cycle month and then accepting the presidential office in a challenging cycle month (note: January 20, 1989 = 5 Cycle year, 8/4 Cycle month) it was easily predictable how George Sr. would only try to manage the United States and not lead it. By November 1992, presidential change was easily predictable.

November 2, 1992 – Democrat Bill Clinton (D of B: August 19, 1946) becomes the 42nd president = 5 Cycle year, 9/5 Cycle month, 7/4 UTM, 2/2 Cycle day. Bill C. is in a good time but not a great time. The 5 Cycle year allows you to be bold and do the unexpected. From the summer of 92 winning of the Democratic presidential nomination to winning the presidential race on November 2, 1992, he certainly did that.

1994 – George Jr. forms his powerful “Iron Triangle” These are his three closest advisors since he first ran for governor = 1 Cycle year. Excellent time for George Jr. to boldly put plans into a physical form. In his 1 Cycle year, George Jr. formed the “team” that would lead him right to the presidency in 2000.

November 8, 1994 – George Jr. is elected Governor of Texas = 1 Cycle year, 5/6 Cycle month, 3/5 UTM, and a 4/9 Cycle day. Great cycle year and month for a victorious election. The 4/9 Cycle day meant that there were some tense moments throughout the day. It was close at times.

The following are the respective individual Cycles of the Iron Triangle members when George Jr. was elected Governor of Texas were:

November 08, 1994 – Karl Rove (D of B: Dec. 25, 1950) was in a 7 Cycle year, 2/9 Cycle month, 9/8 UTM and a 1/3 Cycle day. Good time but not great for Karl. Lots of readjusting to do. He rises to the top the quickest. Karl could best understand the big-picture.

November 08, 1994 – Joe Allbaugh (D of B: June 6, ??) was in a 9 Cycle year, 4/4 Cycle month, 2/3 UTM and a 3/7 Cycle day. Very bad conditions to change jobs and career. Unfortunate circumstances quickly evolve. Decisions he initially makes prove costly.

November 08, 1994 – Karen Hughes (D of B: Dec 21, ??) was in a 3 Cycle year, 7/1 Cycle month, 5/9 UTM, and a 6/4 Cycle day. Less than OK conditions for Karen to change careers in very late 1994. 1995 was her testing 4 Cycle year and some costly mistakes made in career.

June 1998 – The Texas Rangers were sold and George Jr. earned about $14.9 million = 5 Cycle, 4/9 month. Exactly 9 years and 2 months after making $500,000 investment, George Jr. makes 3000% on his money. Not bad son! His 1989 – 5 Cycle year investment proved a big winner. Now this money was cleverly reinvested into a much bigger move.

November 3, 1998 – George Jr. becomes the first governor of Texas to be elected to consecutive 4-year terms = 5 Cycle year, 9/5 month, 7/4 UTM, and a 3/3 Cycle day. Another powerful 5 Cycle year move. Think of him as a presidential contender that moves to the front of group less than half way through the race.

August 3, 2000 – George Jr. wins Republican presidential nomination by beating Sen. John McCain (note: D of B: August 29, 1936).

August 3, 2000 - George W. Bush = 7 Cycle year, 8/6 month, and a 2/1 Cycle day. George Jr. had all the numbers working for him today. July was a very powerful month for him to campaign. Victory was easily predicted.

August 3, 2000 – John McCain = 4 Cycle, 5/9 month, and a 8/4 day. Unfortunately for Senator John his cycle year, cycle month and cycle day were all working against him in July and early August of 2000. John’s defeat was easily predicted.

November 7, 2000 – George Jr. beats Al Gore in U.S. Presidential election (note: closest election in American history). George Jr. received 48.38% and Al Gore got 47.87% of the popular vote. Recounts were ordered by Democratic Party. Legal Battles raged for weeks. U.S. Supreme Court rules that recounts be stopped and George Jr. was declared the winner.

November 7, 2000 – George Jr. was in a 7 Cycle year, 2/9 Cycle month, 9/8 UTM, and a 9/2 Cycle day. Very good time to be running in an election. Second half of 7 Cycle year makes one most clever at playing the game of perceptions. From July 9th through to election day was an excellent time for George Jr. He looked good, was believable, and likeable. He could and would do exactly as his handlers suggested.

November 7, 2000 – Al Gore (D of B: Mar. 31, 1948) was in 1 Cycle, 5/6 Cycle month, 4/7 UTM, and a 3/8 Cycle day. As far as campaigning September and October were quite rough and October especially for Vice President Al. Life began to get better in November but he lost an election he was meant to win with mistakes made in late September and first 18 days of October 2000. Unlike George Jr., Al Gore was a bit stubborn during the 90-days before the election and was difficult to manage.

November 7, 2000 – Ralph Nader (D of B: Feb. 27, 1934) was in 3 Cycle year, 7/1 month, 5/9 UTM, and a 5/3 Cycle day. Ralph typically was running for a cause and not for the presidency. In the 3 Cycle year you love to talk and be heard. Being busy is often mistaken for being important. Ralph’s voters destroyed lots of possibilities for Al Gore. In 2001 Ralph goes into a 4 Cycle year and no one cared.

November 7, 2000 – United States of America was in a 5 Cycle year, 9/5 Cycle month, 7/4 UTM, and a 7/7 Cycle day. So fortunately for America it was in a positive cycle year and cycle month when George Jr. got elected. Meaning for how bad it was to start (e.g. 9-11), George Jr.’s long-term effect on America will prove more positive than today’s critics believe it will be.

November 7, 2000 – George Jr. became first president since Dwight D. Eisenhower to enjoy a majority in both houses = 7 Cycle year, 2/9 month, 9/8 UTM, and a 9/2 Cycle day. Adds strength to George’s leadership.

November 26, 2000 – Andrew Card (D of B: May 10, 1947), appointed Chief of Staff = 9 Cycle year, 4/4 Cycle month, 2/3 UTM, 3/7 Cycle day. Not a good time for George Jr.’s administrative boss to accept this big appointment. Between this date and February 9th, 2001 costly mistakes made getting off the ground.

January 20, 2001 – George Jr. sworn in as 43rd President of United States.

January 20, 2001 – George Jr. in an 8 Cycle year, 2/1 Cycle month and a 4/6 day. Excellent cycle year and month but testing cycle day. Things did not run as smoothly as planned.

January 20, 2001 – United States was in a 6 Cycle year, 9/6 month and a 2/2 Cycle day. Everything very good cycle wise when George Jr. and his Cabinet were sworn in. A positive partnership was made.

January 20, 2001 – The World was in a 4 Cycle year, 7/2 Cycle month and a 9/7 day. Not a positive cycle year for the world to begin being directed by someone new. Both George Jr. and the United States in a positive cycle year but the world will be tested through 2001.

January 20, 2001 – George Jr. and his “Iron Triangle” officially move into White House.

January 20, 2001 – George Jr. (D of B: July 6, 1946) is now in an 8 Cycle year, 2/1 Cycle month, and a 4/6 Cycle day. Harvest cycle year and very good seeding month in January for George Jr. Positive success for those Cabinet members sworn in on this day.

January 20, 2001 – Karl Rove (D of B: Dec. 25, 1950) was in a 5 Cycle year, 8/4 Cycle month, and a 1/3 Cycle day. Karl in a positive year but challenging first month of 5 Cycle year. What is signed and agreed to in January will prove to be more challenging than first anticipated Much must be redone.

January 20, 2001 – Joe Allbaugh (D of B: June 6, ????) was in a 7 Cycle year, 1/8 Cycle month, and a 3/4 Cycle day. Bad cycle day but commitments formalized in both his 7 Cycle year and 1/8 cycle month will prove promising.

January 20, 2001 – Karen Hughes (D of B: Dec 21, ????) was in a 1 Cycle year, 4/5 Cycle month, and a 6/1 Cycle day. January of 1 Cycle year is a bad time to make serious commitments. Unpredictable challenges ahead.

January 20, 2001 – United States of America was in a 6 Cycle year, 9/6 Cycle month, and a 2/2 day. Very good cycle year, cycle month and cycle day for the United States when the George W. Bush administration officially took office.

January 20, 2001 – The World was in a 4 Cycle year, 7/2 Cycle year and a 9/7 day. Not a promising set of circumstances ahead for the world. New directives will prove challenging.

January 20, 2001 – George Jr. swears in Cabinet:

- Attorney General - John Ashcroft (D of B: May 09, 1942 = 9 Cycle year, 3/3 Cycle month and 5/8 cycle day. Mr. Ashcroft enters his winter cycle year as he accepts major responsibility such as Attorney General. The job proves rather demanding for Mr. Ashcroft. In late 2001 mistakes made that must be corrected.

- Commerce Secretary - Don Evans (D of Birth: July 26, 1946) = 2 Cycle year, 5/7 Cycle month, 4/9 Cycle day. Excellent cycle year and month for Don to accept such a big responsibility. Expect big things from Don.

- Defense Secretary - Donald Rumsfeld (D of B: July 9, 1932) = 2 Cycle year, 5/7 Cycle month, 7/3 Cycle day. Like Don Evans, Mr. Rumsfeld was in an excellent cycle month and year to be officially sworn in. By years end his job got bigger than anyone would have realized. Don would have been ready. 2004 was in a testing 4 Cycle year. Misinformation and mistakes in judgment proved disheartening for Donald in 2003. By July 2004 Donald found himself much stronger and he took more control of his own ship. Next 4 years powerful time.

- Education Secretary - Rod Page (D of B: June 17, 1933) = 9 Cycle year, 3/3 Cycle month, 5/8 Cycle day. Rod was ending his harvest cycle as he began this important job. Especially as of July, 2001 life became progressively more challenging for Rod and especially between October 18th through February 8th 2002. As of June 19th, 2002 through to October 18th, 2004 proved a positive time.

- Energy Secretary - Spencer Abraham (D of B: June 12, 1962) = 4 Cycle year, 7/2 Cycle month, 9/7 Cycle day. Not a positive year for this very intelligent, young man to start anything of this magnitude. Mistakes made and social misjudgment. By July 2002 everything gets much better.

- Health & Human Services Secretary - Tommy Thompson (D of B: November 19, 1941) = 7 Cycle year, 1/8 Cycle month, 3/4 Cycle day. Very positive cycle year and month to become Health Secretary for Tommy. He quickly adapts to job and has much success with top staff.

- Housing & Urban Development - Alphonso Jackson (birthday not available)

- Interior Secretary - Gale Norton (birthday not available)

- Labor Secretary – Elaine Chao (D of B: March 26, 1953) = 6 Cycle year, 9/6 Cycle month, 2/2 Cycle day. Excellent period to accept major responsibility. Mentally strong and quickly gains respect of peers. 2002, 2003 and through to July 18, 2004 proves most successful. Late 2004 proves testing.

- National Economic Council Director – Dr. Larry Lindsey (D of B: July 18, 1954) = 2 Cycle year, 5/7 Cycle month, 7/3 Cycle day. Dr. Lindsey announced his resignation on December 6, 2002 = 3 Cycle year, 8/2 Cycle month, 6/1 UTM, 5/4 Cycle day. Dr. Lindsey signed up in a very positive period of time. He resigned just before he entered his testing 4 Cycle year. Steve Friedman (note: no birthday available) replaced Dr. Lindsey.

- Secretary of State - Colin Powell (D of B: April 5, 1937) = 5 Cycle year, 8/4 Cycle month, 1/9 Cycle day. Colin Powell was officially sworn in a bad cycle month. Unexpected challenges resulted. The results of commitments made in January and early 5 Cycle year resulted in many tough circumstances for Colin. His numbers make him an effective team player and this has greatly helped him over these past 41 months.

- Treasury Secretary Paul O’Neil (D of B: December 4, 1935) = 2 Cycle year, 5/7 Cycle month and a 7/3 day. Excellent cycle time to be sworn in for Paul. He would have learned much very quickly. This makes Paul rather ambitious and George Jr. does not deal well with other people’s ambitions. Paul resigned after a big disagreement with George Jr. on December 31, 2002 = 3 Cycle year, 8/2 Cycle month, 5/9 UTM and a 3/2 day.

January 22, 2001 – National Security Advisor – Dr. Condalezza Rice (D of B: November 14, 1954) = 2 Cycle year, 5/7 Cycle month, 9/5 Cycle day. Excellent cycle time to be sworn in. She adapts well to job, people and responsibilities. 2003 and through to early July 2004 has proven a tough time for Dr. Rice. Many challenges faced Condalezza during this time and especially between October 18th, 2003 through to February 8th, 2004. As of July 9th - 4 powerful cycle years are ahead and she just gets better.

January 23, 2001 - Veterans Affairs Secretary – Anthony Principi (D of B: April 16, 1944) = 6 Cycle year, 9/6 Cycle month, 5/5 Cycle day. Positive cycle time to accept major responsibility. The job looks good on Anthony. 2004 is a 9 Cycle year for Anthony and a time to bring something of importance to a serious ending. It is not a time to start anything new. Late 2004 and early 2005 proves challenging.

January 24, 2001 – Secretary of Housing & Urban Development – Melqueades Rafael Martinez (D of B: October 23, 1946) = 1 Cycle year, 4/5 Cycle month, 1/5 Cycle day. Good year but unfortunate month to accept major undertaking. He is easily dissatisfied. Martinez left to run for Senate on December 12, 2003 = 3 Cycle year, 8/2 Cycle month, 2/1 Cycle day. 2004 is not the time to run for public office and especially late this year. Campaign mistakes made and competition gets the better of Melqueades.

January 25, 2001 - Transport Secretary - Norman Mineta (D of B: November 12, 1931) sworn in = 9 Cycle year, 3/3 Cycle month, 5/8 Cycle day. In 2001 Norman is at the end of his harvest cycle. He is not that effective the first 13 months of office. He gets better as of Feb 9, 2002 and even better in 2003 and 2004. 2005 is his testing 4-cycle year and not a year for major changes.

February 22, 2001 – George Jr. gives his first press conference = 8 Cycle year, 3/2 Cycle month and a 7/1 day. George Jr. is in excellent cycle year, month and day to present himself to the world. He looks good and people receive him well.

June, 2001 – George Jr. signed into law a $1.35 trillion tax-cut.

June, 2001 – George Jr. was in an 8 Cycle year, 7/6 month. George Jr. is in both an intelligent and strategically clever month. Powerful decisions being made at this time.

June, 2001 – United States of America in a 5 Cycle, 4/9 month when tax-cuts are being made. This is a great cycle year but was testing cycle month. July would have been much better. Therefore initial problems attached.

September 11, 2001 – World Trade Center destroyed:

September 11, 2001 – George Jr. = 8 Cycle year, 1/9 Cycle month, and a 3/4 Cycle day. Testing day but positive cycle year and OK cycle month. 9-11 would never get the better of him.

September 11, 2001 – U.S. of America = 6 Cycle year, 8/5 cycle month and a 1/9 cycle day. United States is in a strong cycle year and cycle month but just OK cycle day. Thus the American peoples ability to quickly recover from such a devastating event. Sept 11, 2001 through to late March 2002, America was firstly in a very internally strong period of time and early 2002 helped America face itself.

September 11, 2001 – The World = 4 Cycle year, 6/1 month, and an 8/5 day. The world being in a 4 cycle made this an unfortunate cycle period for the world to be in. Meaning the world would suffer more than would the United States or George Jr. in the long run.

Late 2001 – George Jr. = 8 Cycle year. In late 2001 and through most of 2002 (note: 9 Cycle year) George Jr. enjoyed the highest political approval rating ever recorded for a political leader in history (note: some polls showed upwards to 90% approval).

November 5, 2002 – U.S. Mid-Term Elections - Republican Party retook control of the U.S. Senate and added to their majority in the House of Representatives, bucking a historical trend of the party in power losing one of the two houses in the mid-term elections. It marked just the third time since the Civil War that the party in control of the White House gained seats in both houses of Congress in a mid-term election (others were 1902 and 1934).

November 5, 2002 – George W. Bush = 9 Cycle year, 4/4 Cycle month, 2/3 UTM, 9/4 Cycle day. George Jr. was lucky he was not running on this day. This was a bad cycle year, month and day for George Jr. on this election day. Therefore controlling both houses will not prove an asset.

November 5, 2002 – U. S. of America = 5 Cycle year, 9/5 Cycle month, 7/4 UTM, 5/5 Cycle day. Good day for an election. Choices made today, in this month and year will prove advantageous. Strong but not clever choices made.

December 13, 2002 – George Jr. appoints Steve Friedman (note: birthday not available) to National Economic Council.

January 24, 2003 – Homeland Security Secretary - Tom Ridge (D of B: August 26, 1945) = 2 Cycle year, 5/7 Cycle month, 7/3 Cycle day. Excellent cycle time for Tom to be appointed. 2003 is a very good year. In 2004 Tom was in his often lucky 3 Cycle year. By election time 2004 Tom is still OK but heading into his testy 4 Cycle year in 2005.

January 30, 2003 – Treasury Secretary – John Snow (D of B: August 2, 1939) = 7 Cycle year, 1/8 Cycle month, 4/5 Cycle day. John Snow got nominated as Treasury Secretary on January 13, 2003 (note: 7 Cycle year, 1/8 Cycle month and a 5/6 Cycle day) and confirmed on the 30th. This is a good cycle time. John looked good and could please lots of people.

March 20, 2003 – U.S.A. leads united forces into Iraq. 250,000 United States troops, with support of 45,000 British, 2,000 Australian and 200 Polish combat forces, entered Iraq.

March 20, 2003 – George W. Bush = 1 Cycle year, 6/7 Cycle month and 8/5 Cycle day. Early 1 Cycle year makes anyone overly zealous. Challenges of late 9 Cycle year are still felt (note: drastically falle
