| After the
Progressive Conservative Party’s June 2000 leadership convention, Scott
strategically resigned his seat to give Joe Clarke his position. He was in
a winter, 9 Cycle year and a time to re-examine his past. That was a
perfect time to make such a strategic move. But Scott ran again in the
November 27, 2000 federal election and won his seat back. This was Scott’s
9 Cycle year, 4/4 month and 4/8 cycle day. Sorry Scott, but that was a
terrible time to re-establish your position. Unfortunately, you never did
really re-establish what you once had.
Scott & Stockwell Both In
Testing Late 9 Cycle Year
Everything was bad for Scott getting elected on this
financially testing day, and especially misguiding 4/4 month and late
winter of a 9 Cycle Year. Stockwell Day (d.of b. 08/16/1950) who was
leading the Progresive Conservative Party at the time was also in this
horrible set of circumstances (note: 9 Cycle year, 4/4 month). So both
Scott and Stockwell would prove to be losers on this election day. It is
all one big pattern. At the same time Liberal Jean Chretien was in his
clever 6 Cycle year, a successful late 1/7 month and socially smart 1/2
day. Life was all on Jean’s side on Nov. 27, 2000 and the election victory
proved that.
9 Cycle McKay Defeats 3 Cycle Brison
On May 31, 2003 Scott ran for leader of the Progressive
Conservative Party against party hopeful Peter McKay. Scott was in a
positive 3 Cycle year, in a disheartening 1/4 month and in a 5/6 day. May
of your 3 Cycle will prove most testing and nothing good evolves. Peter
MacKay (d.of b. Sept. 27, 1965) was in his 9 Cycle year and 7/7 cycle
month and 2/9 day. Best part of his 9 Cycle or winter year but his success
would not prove to be what he thought it would be. Meaning that it would
not last. Just like Scott in 2000, Peter should not have taken on a new
job in his winter or 9 Cycle year. Your 9 Cycle year is not a time to
start something big or take a big step up in the world.
Brison Crosses Floor In Challenging Late 3 Cycle
On Dec. 10, 2003 Scott Brison crosses the floor to become a
Liberal. Scott was in his late 3 Cycle year and in a socially susceptible
8/2 month. Not a time to make big moves Scott. In the national election
election of June 28, 2004 Scot wins as a Liberal and is immediately
appointed to Paul Martin’s cabinet. Unfortunately Scott was now in his
most testing 4 Cycle year, 3/7 month and 4/7 day at the time. Big
commitments made at this time prove disheartening and 18 months later
Scott was in another federal election, that would undermine his 4 Cycle
year commitments (note: being re-elected as a Liberal).
Harper in Excellent Election Cycle Month
On January 23, 2006 Scott ran again as a Liberal and won his
own seat. He was now in his 6 Cycle year, 9/6 month and 5/5 cycle day. All
great times to deal with your position in life. Unfortunately his
challenging “4 Cycle year” moves of 2004 were now going to take their
toll. The Liberals lost in a minority government to the new Conservative
Party of Canada and Stephen Harper (d.of b. April 30, 1959) who was in a 7
Cycle year in 2006 and an excellent 1/8 month and challenging 4/5 day. So
Stephen won but not the way he would have liked (note: minority
government). Paul Martin lead the Liberals in the January 2006 election
and he just got out of his testing 9 Cycle year and was now in a
disheartening January of a 1 Cycle year. Sorry Paul!
Later 2006 Very Good Time
Scott Brison had to take 3 big
steps back last January and then began making plans for his next
leadership campaign. So late November and early December of 2006 are
excellent times to take very big steps in life for Scott. Unfortunately,
Scott became a Liberal in his testing “4 Cycle year” in 2004. Therefore he
will never finish first in line as a Liberal. The big money and the
numbers are on Bob Rae right now. Scott, you should be begin making pals
with Bob right now and lining yourself a big money portfolio the Nova
Scotians believe is rightly theirs to be had.
